New layout presentation

This has two parts: 22 pages of slides, plus 22 pages of slides and my speakers remarks. I suggest skipping the first 22 pages.

Proposed Layout

Proposed is two layouts. One is permanent, encircling the layout area in the new building. The second is an NTrak layout in the center of the layout area.
